Discount Garage Doors is a family-owned garage door service company operating in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and the surrounding Tri-Cities area of Ontario, Canada. We provide residential garage door installation, repair, and maintenance services.

Any quotes or estimates provided — whether by phone, email, or through our website contact form — are based on the information available at the time and are not binding until confirmed in writing or verbally at the time of service. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once our technician assesses the job in person.
We will always communicate any changes to the quoted price before proceeding with additional work.
We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Same-day cancellations may result in a service call fee at our discretion, particularly for emergency or after-hours appointments.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. For larger installation jobs, a deposit may be required prior to ordering materials.
Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings.
We stand behind our work. Labour performed by Discount Garage Doors is warranted against defects for 90 days from the date of service. If an issue arises within this period due to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no charge.

Parts and materials supplied by us are sourced from reputable suppliers. Manufacturer warranties on parts, where applicable, are passed on to you. We are not responsible for defects in parts beyond the manufacturer's warranty terms.
If you supply your own parts, we will install them but cannot warranty the parts themselves or guarantee compatibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Discount Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage unrelated to our work, or personal injury caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
